Mr. Jade D. Deinla
President / CEO

In today's world of advanced information technology, the young and dynamic may rule through the power of ingenuity and diligence. Well, the 27 year old CEO of Xinapse, Inc. is one personifying such an image. After being part of the UP Diliman Web Team that won the 1st APICTA Awards in Malaysia in 2001, he served as Consultant and Lead Developer to various companies and government agencies which include Microsoft Philippines, SpecOps, Kaz Group Australia, Philippine General Hospital, National Bureau of Investigation, among others to their satisfaction. With his optimism and brilliance in toiling with the limitless potentials of technology, he brings Xinapse in a totally new dimension in the Information and Communication Technology Industry.

Paul M. Dumaguin

Paul Dumaguin is one of Xinapse board of director. He has been with Informatics Computer Institute for 11 years as Director for Corporate Learning where he is responsible for its business growth. His expertise in organizational building and, systems and processes add value to the growing business of Xinapse.

Mr. Joseph Gerard D. Tiamson
Director for Business Development

Mr. Joseph Gerard Tiamson graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1987 with a degree in Bachelor of Science Major in Business Management.
He has 18 years of experience working in the banking sector. He worked for Citibank, Union Bank and Standard Chartered Bank serving in various capacities as Head of Treasury Operations, Head of Consumer Banking Operations, Senior Business Manager - Office of the CEO, Head of Sales for Cards and Personal Loans and finally as General Manager for Wealth Management and Shared Distribution with the rank of Senior Vice President.
Currently he is the President and Managing Director of Peoplebase Inc, provider of customer management, I.T.-based manpower resource and outsource service solutions and Director for Business Development of Xinapse Inc.

Mr. Peter Julius C. Villarta
Operations Manager

Prior to joining Xinapse, [PCV] served with an international organization functioning as Systems Analyst, Developer and as Information Systems Administrator. His competencies lie in Information Management and in the design and development of Web-based Information Systems and of Relational Database Management Systems. His work experience has also exposed him to natural resources mapping and to such technologies as Geographic Information Systems, Global Positioning Systems and Remote Sensing. [PCV] earned his bachelor's degree from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.

Arnold Orbista
Head Developer

Mr. Arnold Orbista is an accomplished Developer who calls Xinapse his home. Born in the year 1981, Mr. Orbista is well versed in the field of Systems Application Development. He has served various ICT companies in the Philippines like RNM Dynamics Philippines Inc, Rico General Insurance Corporation, and Bridge Internet Solutions Incorporated, from which he has acquired in depth technical knowledge, experiences and competencies that make the Xinapse Web Development Group simply world class.
He was given various recognition and awards such as the President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo Achievement Award in 2005. He was also a consistent winner in various ICT competitions such as the National Digital Arts Competition which he was the National Champion both in 2001 and 2004.

Ricardo A. Gestre, Jr.
Head, Research and Development

The current Research and Development Department Head can be described as a man with high regard for excellence and leads by example. “Jan" as his peers fondly call him is highly proficient in Open Source Technologies particularly in the field of Systems and Network Administration, Security and Project Management.
He previously served as Systems and Network Administrator for the Bureau of Local Employment of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and also as Systems Engineer in one of the world's forerunners in Anti-virus technologies, Trend Micro Incorporated.
Mr. Gestre is a Registered Electrical Engineer by profession; he also has an EDP Specialist-1 eligibility from the Civil Service Commission and also a certified Trend Micro Security Professional.
